My best friend had just picked me up around 7 because it was getting dark, we were on 410 at a stoplight when this greenish circle of light was moving at a steady pace straight downward, we are both looking at it asking each other if we're seeing it, when it just stops for a second and dissipates, disappeared, vanished out of nowhere.
