I was out walking my dog. Saw a hovering red light just below cloud ceiling at dusk. filmed a video. Watch till the end to see it change colour and fly off in easterly direction.

Not a hoax. I'm 55 years old this week and although I believe in ET's, I've never ever seen this type of event before.
