Multicolor orb blinking on and off and moving around the sky.
Witnessed a strange light in the sky over Jefferson, OH. I watched the "light" dance around the sky and change colors for over a hour. The sky was pitch black with no clouds in sight. I was able to video the object from my iPhone.
