strange glowing light spinning and light of this object got brighter
On my 3rd floor patio looking out north east saw ufo it was moving slow due there is a lot of airplane in area I looked more closer this isn't my first time seeing a ufo so I keeped looking then it stopped it was spinning and its light got brighter when it did so moved very slow stopped for about 30 minutes the spinning again moved more then it disappeared. I do have pictures and a video.
