Bright Teal circles moving in arch formation over Rockies East of Ogden.
I was looking at the sky to the east over the Rocky Mountains here in Ogden, when I noticed a circle appear and move very quickly in an arched movement until out of sight. It was a very bright and intense Teal color against the black night sky. It was a larger circle surrounded by 5 or 6 smaller circles that made the stars look like small pin points in the sky. It lasted only 3 or 4 seconds.
