Minnetonka light cause.
The lights seen in Minnetonka that night were from the Mystic Lake casino in Prior Lake Minnesota.
The casino shines very bright lights into the sky at an angle to form a teepee type look. When there is a cloudy ceiling the look like a circle on the bottom of the clouds. They are extremely bright and can be seen for many miles and are directly south of the Minnetonka area.
