Circular object with bright lights seen in suburban Chanhassen, MN.
Perfect circular shape. Bright lights above the thick clouds. Appeared and remained stationary for a few mins (abt 10 mins). Then disappeared when an aircraft approached.
We live in a very quiet neighborhood. No lights were beamed from below. It wasn't flying in the air like a kite with lights.
