An Unidentified object was sighted over North Beach, LBI, over the ocean near coastline. The object had a very bright headlight, with 3 additional white lights, pointing downward, not as bright as the headlight. The light emitted seemed visible for many miles over a 10 minute period.
There were no sound heard from the object, the object seemed to be moving slower than a jet or prop aircraft. The flight path was not as high as a jetliner.
There was nearly a full moon but no identifiable shape was discernable. The time frame was 1:00- 2:00 am.
There were no other color lights noted other than white.
