Two circular lights over the western sky in the direction of the Wannaque Reservoir. The two lights would vanish for moments at a time and the lower one, (brighter than the other), would very gradually sway, almost unnoticeable. Before disappearing, the bottom light split into two, which then chased each other 360' in a counterclockwise motion, then vanished.
