Colored lights assembled into diamond shape then gave off a very bright light
Observed small lights of different colors red, green, blue and maybe purple south-southwest, toward Cottleville. Initially, separate they approached each other and assembled into a close diamond shape and proceeded toward the south-southwest. Just as they approached the treeline they became a very bright white/yellow light and stayed bright enough to see through the trees.
There were fireworks going off at the time in the direction of the UFO but closer to the ground. These were clearly different. Duration of observation was a few minutes, maybe 2 or 3.
