While outside letting my dogs out at the above time and date, a bright light, blueish-white, streaked overhead, going south to north, above the cloud cover, so it appeared opaque. It traveled very fast, like a meteor, but very low from my perspective.
I would estimate that it was like a dime held at arm's length.
About 2 minutes afterward I heard a slight rumble that startled my dogs as well. There was no sound at all as it went overhead. I seemed like the flight of the object was heading downward.
This event just happened as I am reporting so I will continue to observe outside, and relay more data if necessary.
