Unlighted dark cylindrical object with disintegrating lower portion--silent, unpropelled.
Seemed to be 1000 plus feet altitude. Unlighted, dark object, long, cylindrical---seemed solid.
Quiet, did not seem to be propelling itself.
At one point, around 2 minutes, it seemed to be shedding off lower portions of itself, disintegrating downward, but retained its solid shape afterward.
It diminished in size, apparently moving north eastward toward Auburn.
