Grey cloud turns white and then shows points of light, banks and then disappears only to reappear closer.
Driving N between Baker City OR and La Grande on hwy 84. Cloudless sky with the exception of one small dark grey cloud.
Cloud turned white and morphed into a structure with visible points of light. It banked to its right, turned into a white cloud, then darkened to grey and disappeared.
About 5-15 seconds later it appeared again, but closer as a dark grey cloud, turned white and morphed into a structure with visible points of light, looked like a chevron or winged shape with the lights on the leading edge.
It banked to the right again, it then turned into a white cloud, then darkened to grey and disappeared from sight. It appeared again, closer as the dark grey cloud performing the same change; grey, white, points of light.
It banked to the left this time and disappeared. Did not show up again.
