Looking SOUTHEAST towards the moon, I noticed a few stars in the sky. A bright circular object, similar to a star, was stationary in the sky. As I continued looking at it, the object started moving towards the moon, accelerating from right to left. The bright circular object went from stationary to full speed in a short amount of time. I took a video from my phone.
