Photo shows illuminated disk with illuminated cupola when object stopped moving.
10pm on March 15, 2015 just as witness was leaving Lake Wales, Florida.
The lit object came to an abrupt stop and hovered in the sky. JPG photo includes inset blow-up of the object. Witness couldn't get a clearer blowup “due to lack of pixilation” (sic).
Without the cupola, the object could be a streetlight except it was moving.
I learned of the sighting from a third party in Little Rock, AR. Witness told her he doesn't know what the two right-side light sources are because he didn't notice them until I prompted her to ask.
I have not spoken with the witness; as a potential publisher of his report, it’s better that he speak directly to NUFORC. He's more than willing to discuss the sighting event.
I also sent this same alert to the MUFON website.
