I was on way back from Wayne picking up my grandson who's 4 yrs.' old. My mom was with me it was dark out. We live out from others on top a mountain 6 miles up off main rd. Once we started up approximately a mile in rounding a curb in clearing was a large ball of light fluorescent clear colored that was hovering above and between two mountains lite the entire area up.
I stopped in the curb and watched it my grandson yells, "Go, Maw, Maw, go! It's a space ship" (keep in mind, he's barely 4 yrs. old and knew what we were seeing. My mom is panicking and crying so I took off up the mountain, although I wanted to view it.
Once I started to take off, immediately the huge large ball of light was over the car hovering above the tree line swaying side to side all the while it was moving forward right along with us. It was so close to the vehicle that the car was lite up like a foot ball field.
I again slowed down to roll window down to stop and try to get a picture, but our nerves had got the best of us with the adrenaline flowing, I could barely drive and keep my mind together this ball of light continues following us the road has a lot of curbs and in the curbs it would shoot out and right back in over top the vehicle we were scared to death went on for over 4 miles. It was so bright that in the rear view mirror I could see the entire road lite up like a giant spot light beaming down.
Approximately 1/2 mile from our driveway the light took off at a high rate of speed off to the right. We sighed not hardly believing what we had seen. I pulled into driveway and dropped my mom off stayed in the car with my grandson and then I backed out to go home I live on the point of the mountain a lil bit behind my moms house. There are 4 mountains with a large L shaped ravine between them.
Not even 1 minute after backing out off to the left below tree tops the ravine was lit up it was back. The object shot 3 times to the point of the mount! ain and back then as quickly as it showed up had took off quickly towa rd the direction it had came. Since this date I've had one more encounter myself and my mom and her husband has had 2 more encounters last one in April 2015 all of which I keep track of in a journal. This is the first time I've posted on a UFO site and I will be telling our story to Mufon as well.
For over six weeks I couldn't sleep I was scared to death same for my mom and my grandson I told him the Kentucky state police picked up the spaceship and took it to jail because he is scared to be here at night. We live in a very rural area of Wayne County, WV.
For a long time, I didn't want to even report this, but as my mental status was very devastated I was scared to death to even drive in the dark come home alone to an empty house. As time goes on I've accepted this reality. And unfortunately awaiting the next arrival of this unknown light.
