I, was in my car outside of McDonald's in Loudoun, VA, near Dulles Airport, reading a newspaper. When I put the newspaper down, I saw this bright light {round} going at a top speed. There was a passenger jet above it. It seem like the jet was barely moving compared to the object. It was raining and the sky was gray, but the the light was extremly bright. There was no sound of the object. The object was huge.
