Neon blue light with a smaller reddish part moving faster than the incoming jets and making erratic turns
About an hour and a half ago, at 8:20pm (give or take a couple of minutes), I was standing outside in the Mission Hills Mini Park. I was looking NNW, when a neon blue light came into my field of vision. Again, it was mostly a neon blue, but there was a much smaller red light glow or light too. The red light was about one quarter the size as the neon blue or smaller. The light was as large and as bright as the landing light of an incoming jet preparing to land at the San Diego airport. The light did not blink off and on as the anti-collision lights do. It was a steady light.
Anyway, this light was moving very fast from the east to the west when it came into my field of vision. Within 3 seconds it was NW of me and made a 180 degree turn. It came back east a little and then went almost straight down but at a slight angle.
It disappeared for 20 seconds or so behind the tree line across the canyon and then came back up for 10 seconds. It moved in a swimming motion in different directions. Then down again below the tree line; almost straight down, but again at a slight angle. This was not a long way away from me; it was close. The light was closer than the planes coming south towards the San Diego airport. When the planes are preparing to land, they get close to the airport and turn or head east along the Interstate 8 freeway corridor before turning back to the San Diego airport.
So, this light was moving much faster than the planes preparing for their approach to the airport and of course was closer to me than the Planes heading east along the Interstate corridor. This light was also lower than the incoming jets and planes at all times in this sighting and must have come down close to the ground in order for me to loose sight of it, twice, behind the tree line across Dove Canyon (western finger of Dove Canyon).
This light moved gracefully, but not in straight lines. It moved slightly erratically, a little like a d! olphin swimming rather than straight lines. When it made a 180 degree turn, it was almost instantaneously. This obviously was not a plane or helicopter. If it was a drone, it would have to have been a jet powered drone, but that is not possible either, since there was no sound.
