Red-orange, oval shaped light spotted over the Susquehanna River.
One reddish-orange, oval shaped light with a tail was spotted over the Susquehanna River. Wasn't moving, however it was flickering as if it was on fire.
Lasted for about a minute and half, maybe two minutes at the most.
The tail of it then began to get shorter until it was circular. The light got smaller and smaller, then faded away completely.
