Bright light with line of light morphing to 3 lights
We were driving down Route 155 in Dover, toward Route 9. Above an apartment complex, slightly above the tree line, with saw a line of light extending upward to a very large light, almost like it was on top of a short skinny pole. Then 3 lights appeared and then flashed, and disappeared just as quick as we saw them.
