It appeared to be a plane but in the dark it was hard to tell. As it was flying very low while my kids were trick or treating, it could be seen as some form of air vehicle.
While moving, an orange glowing piece fell out of it and continued to fall to the ground a ways a way. This exact this happened twice within thirty minutes.
