The four of us saw, in the sky out of the car windows a number of bright lights blinking around a circle of bright light, the center was light red and flashing, the object was moving and when we pulled over we could hear jets near and around the object as if they were tracking the UFO.
As we heard the jet sound and watched the UFO, it went away from us and it was no longer visible.
