2:50 pm, small stationary shiny metallic object high in atmosphere with 3 orange rotating and revolving lights, white cone shaped tail
The object appeared high in the the north east sky above Oklahoma Cities Asian District. It meandered randomly in the sky, often appearing motionless for about 25 minutes before it drifted away and disappeared. It had 3 orange lights in the shape of a triangle that were spinning while also rotating around the perimeter of the craft. It also had a white cone shaped tail pointing towards the ground. It was observed through binoculars by 2 witnesses, and with the naked eye by several others.
