My buddy saw lights in the sky and said it was round like in his words "like you see on t.v.".
I then saw a orange light in the sky. After beside it, two more. Then, each faded out first, second, last.
Then same spot or close to it the light reappeared. Then, did the same two more times in samt.
Each time the lite would be lit a couple seconds before the other lights lit up.
We were fishing on garden city pier.
