Small blue/white flickering light at street level in Clearwater, FL.
About 4:45am Wednesday morning Oct 1st. I saw a single blue flickering light at street level on Algonquin Ave. in Clearwater, FL. It was small like a flashlight and would flicker from blue to white to off sporadically while it flew around similar to a moth. From a foot or so above the street to 20 or so feet up. I could see the trees across the street behind it, it was very close. I watched if fly around for at least a minute while moving toward it then it went out and I didn’t see it again.
