Luminous darting object appearing in northeastern night sky
Object a bit larger than stars, and through binoculars appears to have white, green and red flashing qualities. Erratic movement in all directions, but does not stray far from an area about the size of a small orange at arms length. Northeast sky. Object has been viewed for 5 consequtive nights, always after 10:00 p.m. Doesn't seem to be a tethered devise, but does seem a bit drone-like, but movements are very limited.
