Saw a saucer shaped object with solid green light and flashing red light.
Moved back and forth in the sky very quickly and quietly.
Moved in strait lines and circular patterns. Stopped for about 15 seconds in mid air.
Continued moving back and forth in the Eastern sky before stopping and then descending straight down in a strait vertical line going strait down until sight of the object was lost, as it got lower than line of sight.
Estimated altitude about 3,000-5,000 feet.
