Im a taxi driver, while driving on the Bruckner Expressway i noticed a pulsing changing color very bright lights under a cloud in the sky: I had two passengers with me at the moment
I got off the next available exit which was bronx river ave and park to the side a shoot the first video that it last aproximately one minute.
