Multiple dimly lit stationary lights moving swiftly across the sky. Strange cloud shaped UFO looked like swiftly moving aurora borealis
It was about 9:50pm in Lehi, Ut. I was laying down looking at the sky and suddenly I saw these floating lights moving swiftly across the sky to the south west. At first I thought it might be a dimly lit octocopter but I realized it was far to big and moving too fast to be that. This was in the middle of a suburb neighborhood, a well populated area. I said to myself I think I just saw a UFO. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
Maybe a minute or two had passed and I saw something else moving in the sky. Moving in the same direction it looked like a mix between a dimly lit (yet palely shining) cloud and the aurora borealis. Almost like the ‘Nexus’ from the Star Trek movie if it also fit the description of the dimly shining aurora borealis cloud. It also looked as if you were looking at an extremely large seagull as it flew directly above you.
Over the next 20 to 30 minutes I saw about 12 more of the cloud shaped UFO’s in various sizes. I saw only one more of the first described UFO.
They were all moving in the same south west direction though some of them would jaunt to the left or right but still remain in the main course to the south west.
My mother was with me for about 5 or 6 of the cloud shaped ones. She never saw the other kind I described. Also there were two people walking together, a man and a woman, down the street who we asked if they noticed anything in the sky. They said immediately they saw what they thought to be a large bird in the sky that had an odd look to it.
That is my account. I have never had anything like this ever happen before. This was my first experience with any kind of UFO sightings and it was the strangest thing.
