Orange Blossom Trail at I-4 at 0530 to 0645 bright blue light beam flash from sky to ground. counted 4 different beams in different areas but close to each other in pre-dawn morning. I saw white light flashing in cloud in a flashing burst that encircled outside of cloud.
I heard no sounds. weather calm but cloudy in spots.
No rain or thunder. No wind observed. No aircraft spotted or helicopter or blimp observed.
