Military-looking (Police?) helicopter closely following a circular white orb, traveling at slow speed. Helicopter caught up to the orb and then maintained a steady position of perhaps 20 feet behind the orb.
Both eventually disappeared from view behind trees and houses. The helicopter was large and long and the orb was about 1/4 the size of the helicopter.
I also saw two large cigar-shaped images in the same area, about the same time of night, two or three nights previous to this event.
