craft appeared to be silent,four then five rotating red lights,movigwest to east for 10 seconds,changing to orange then disappearing.
observed craft,four,then five rotating red lights traveling west to east, approximately 1500 feet,totally silent. about eight seconds into sighting the lights changed into an orange color,about 3 more seconds i observed this,then suddenly the lights either went out or craft disappeared. you could see outline of craft due to clear skies, but the body seem to be painted black.
