Round object, hovering in sky, emanating a glowing light, came down in circular motion, disappearing back into the clouds.
What I seen look to be a round disc like object that was a glowing bright light.
It hovered in the same area for maybe 30 seconds to a minute then came down in a circle and back into the clouds and disappeared in a high rate of speed as it went back up.
