Blue/red point low in atlanta floating silently .. not aircraft 9:40 pm, July 4th.
Floating low, purplish bright star, slowly moving left and right, then sinking behind tree when it became clear through leaves it had red and blue components. I recorded on phone video. Very strange total silence.
