Stationary lights hanging, dropping, then bouncing, then dropping and going out.
A series of 3 lights. Red and yellow/orange hanging out in the sky stationary for 5 minutes. Then the lights dropped down and hung out again for a few minutes. They started slowly bouncing up and down kind of like a spider on a web. They dropped again and the lights faded and went out.
