Circular craft flying low with one steady green light and two alternating red lights.
Made a noise inconsistent with a plane flying at that altitude. There were flashing lights similar to those of a plane, but unusual: one steady green light, and two alternating red lights all in a line.
The object passed directly over me, and the lights revealed the shape of the craft - looking circular--no wing shapes, just a circle.
It continued in the line and turned left out of sight.
Multiple aircraft were nearby, though none seemed to respond.
