1-4 hovering and sequencing lights.
I was sitting on the balcony of the condo watching the ocean when a light in the sky, just beneath the moon (but inside of our atmosphere) appeared. The light started blinking then disappeared.
About 5-10 mins later the light came on again, except this time with 3 others. All the lights where hovering over the ocean, the started blinking, as if someone was turning on and off a light switch.
After about 15-30 seconds they all disappeared, one by one…
