Stationary bell shaped object seen in daytime sky.
My husband and I were walking along a boardwalk that follows the Ruston Way waterfront in Tacoma, Wa. I happened to notice an object that I first thought was a balloon but i realized that it couldn't be that because it was too high up and was stationary. Airplanes were passing underneath, so if they fly at cruising altitude of 35000 miles than this was much higher.
From the naked eye, I couldn't make out a shape but after I took a picture and was able to zoom in, I saw that it had two parts to it.
Bell shaped on one end and attached to it, an egg shape.
It looks whitish grey against the blue background of the sky.
We watched it for about 20 min.
I went to use the bathroom and when I came back, I couldn't find it again.
