Bright spherical light at 11:00 in clear blue sky. Nearly stationary but upon careful observation it was moving from west to east. Far brighter than a daytime star.
This is the second time I have seen it. 2 months ago I noticed it when I observed 4 or 5 people on an outdoor basketball court, all looking up at the object.
