Flying too high at a high rate of speed flying in circles with flashing lights.
My friend and I went out for an evening walk after dinner. We went walking outside on the street and we noticed a small blue light in the sky in the direction about 51° NE above the the Big Dipper handle 32° 43 N. 117° 4 W.
Then their were five circular blue like crafts were moving in a circular oval clock wise direction diameter of the circulation 15 miles at a high rate speed.
Then two of the craft stopped then flashed two white lights (like a cramra flash) both went opposite direction north and south. The other three stop in mid flight and two left orbit; until the one craft headed north pass by the other craft and it followed in East direction Northeast direction.
After looking on my maps the third craft was heading over towards the sentiee or USMC Miramar air station San Diego.
