Extremely bright white light appears to have originated over Macdill AFB and ascends towards Downtown Tampa, moving north and elevating simultaneously at impossible speeds for a helicopter, but then hovering over downtown Tampa, or perhaps the bay (viewed from St Pete, near Gandy Bridge).
After hovering for around a minute it descends, South and in Elevation, along the same path. Video exists of it doing this twice but it followed the same path at least 5 times.
I'm not sure what it was but as former military who has seen combat I know that only a drone could achieve the maneuvers witnessed and yet no drone would move this fast while being large enough to put off such bright light.
It was definitely not anything the Air Force is known to possess or operate, yet it did seem to originate as well as return to Macdill (the view we had made it unclear whether it was landing, but if it did the trajectory would have put it on the base - we had an apartment complex blocking our view of MacDill).
