While driving home from work, I turned onto Route 145 off of York Rd in Cockeysville, MD. As I came around a winding bend, hovering over a housing development was a object that was approximately 500-700 feet away. I stopped on the road as no one was coming and quickly took a picture through the window of my car. The shape was that off a stealth or drone and there were multiple lights and colors. One predominate light, was round and larger that the others and was green. The other lights were small rectangular lights, yellow, red and white.
There was no sound as a helicopter would project. I said to myself, “What ((deleted)) am I looking at?” and as I took another picture which was less clear, it took off toward the west.
