Bright light hovered and changed colors.
Took my dog for a walk. Looked east and saw light in distance changing colors. Changed from blue to orange to green to purple to red back to blue. Over 10 minutes, moved back and forth over half of horizon. Also, appeared to come close than move away. Disappeared after 10 minutes.
