Red ind color , no blinking red or blue lights, just soild red, moving slower than a plane much high altitude, with blinking blue and red lights. Cruise at about 20,000 ft. lower than normal. Than disappearing rifht above me. Plane above should have seen it. Had time to call out a witness. Got scared and ran inside.
