2014-04-22 - Sam's Gap, NC - Triangle

large triangular shaped craft about a hand size (extending my hand straight out)

I am a truck driverand routinely travel from Columbia South Carolina to Kingsport Tennessee Sunday thru Thursday nights. I routinely stop at the top of the North Carolina, Tennessee Mountain, called Sam's gap. This is an area where truckers will routinely stops and shut down for the evening to sleep or take their 30 minute break, like I do nightly. I was standing outside my truck viewing upwards, when two other truckers started waving their hands and yelling lookup , lookup.

I was already looking upward, however out of my peripheral vision, I saw a triangular craft, with red and blue lights at each point of the triangle flashing wildly, that literally went from one side of the sky to the other, blocking out the stars behind the triangle as it moved across the sky.

No sound what so ever, and it appeared to cross the sky in about 3 to 5 seconds. It was unbelievable. This area has no lights to speak of, other than the occasional truck passing over the mountain, so it is a wonderful area just see God's creation. I have a college degree from Charleston Southern University, 1980, and spent many years in upper level management, managing service contracts throughout the Pacific Rim, but specifically in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I do not know the other truckers as we just refer to each other as drivers, but we all threesaw this is triangular shape craft.

After it passed over who is somewhat looked at one another in disbelief. One of the other truckers stated that he was not going to say anything to anybody for fear of ridicule.

So I am really putting myself out here by generating this report to you Peter. I am a nightly coast to coast listener and have been listening since the Art Bell days.
