Staring out my window across the susquehanna river I see a humongous object with 4 lights I looked through my binoculars and could tell it was 20-25 miles away object tilted and shut off light I saw helicopters n jets take oft from apg by my house to intercept object and reached object the lights 4 lights turn on and start moving incredibly fast jets chased after awhile the lights turn off again after jets lost sight off the object they turn around and go back to apg.... this event was seen from Aberdeen but occurred somewhere in cecil county
