White orb that was bright fading in and out slowly moving across the sky
A white shimmering orb looking UFO was slowly going up and down across the Belmont and division area skies of se Portland. I have a video of this orb I will post to youtube later.
The orb ball seemed to lose light and then fade up in light periodically. It was a ball of light, very bright and white/almost a light glimmering silver.
This object was coming inside and out of various clouds, this lasted for 5 minutes.
