Lights following each other in SE direction.
My girlfriend and I were out in my backyard enjoying a bonfire last night and a faint satellite heading in a SE direction caught my eye. It was then followed by two more lights (the second being brighter than the first and last) about two thumbs width apart traveling in exactly the same speed and direction.
I'm sure this was some sort of satellite array and just curious if anyone know what it might be for? I've seen the triangular array the US Navy uses for it's subs and this was very similar, only all three were heading in a straight line. If the weather clears tonight I will be going out around the same time to see if I can spot it again. I highly doubt anything extraterrestrial, but cool to spot none the less…
