Flashing Object in Western Sky.
In Western Sky...Moving slowly over 30 minutes...flashing red green blue and yellows lights.
When taking a picture it streaks the colors as they flash, in the telescope it looks round with a mix of the colors, in the binoculars you can see it flashing and round.
