Slow moving Orb seen changing colors and moving unconventionally without sound. Stopping and accelerating randomly. changed from solid Red to a solid Green light color before turning into strobing white light as it finally headed west before disappearing. Other aircraft were easily recognized as airplanes in the night sky. This was no plane.
